Yoga offerings that not only respect the traditions but that are also accessible for you in each moment, intuitively and intentionally designed to support the physical and energetic bodies - all while remaining curious and playful.
Earth Darling Yoga focuses on creating spaces for community and connection through mindfulness and movement practices which support children, teens, and adults.
As a part of this community you will be invited to cultivate a movement and mindfulness practice that will not only energize and nurture your physical body, but will guide you in accessing the subtle bodies to support you in a sense of groundedness and connection to yourself.
